1. About These Terms

These Terms apply to customers who access or use the Lucky Container Service website, request information, place an order or purchase products or services from us.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not place an order or use the website for a transaction.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to place an order with Lucky Container Service.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to complete the transaction.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with its security, operation or availability.

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.
• Introduce malware, malicious code or harmful software.
• Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
• Interfere with the website's normal operation or security.
• Misuse another person's account or personal information.

4. Product Information

Lucky Container Service aims to provide clear and accurate information about products offered on the website, including descriptions, specifications, condition, pricing and availability.

Product photographs may illustrate the type, style or condition of a product. Because used shipping containers can vary in appearance, reasonable cosmetic differences may exist between an image and the specific unit delivered where the product is sold by type or condition rather than by an individually identified unit.

Where a material error is discovered in a product listing before an order is fulfilled, we will contact the customer and provide accurate information before proceeding.

5. Product Availability

Products are subject to availability.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable before fulfillment, Lucky Container Service will contact the customer and may offer an equivalent alternative, a revised order or cancellation with an appropriate refund of any amount paid for the unavailable product.

We will not substitute a materially different product without the customer's agreement.

6. Prices and Charges

Product prices are displayed or communicated in the currency applicable to the transaction.

Any applicable shipping, delivery, tax, customization or other agreed charge will be disclosed before payment is requested or the purchase is finalized.

Customers should review the product price, delivery charge and total amount due before making payment.

Lucky Container Service does not intend to impose undisclosed mandatory charges after the customer has completed payment based on an agreed order total.

7. Orders and Order Confirmation

Submitting an order or request does not by itself guarantee availability or completion of the transaction.

An order is processed after the relevant product, pricing, delivery information and payment requirements have been confirmed.

Lucky Container Service may contact a customer when additional information is reasonably required to confirm an order, payment, delivery address or site requirements.

If an order cannot be fulfilled because of product unavailability, incorrect listing information, delivery impossibility, suspected fraud or another legitimate operational reason, the customer will be notified and any payment due back will be handled appropriately.

8. Payment

Lucky Container Service currently accepts Bank Transfer as the active payment method.

Credit Card payments are temporarily unavailable.

Customers should only send payment using payment instructions officially provided by Lucky Container Service.

Orders paid by bank transfer are processed after the applicable funds have been received and verified.

Customers should not send online banking passwords, PIN numbers or other private banking login credentials to Lucky Container Service.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Standard delivery typically takes approximately 5–7 business days after payment has been received, verified and the order has been confirmed for fulfillment.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customer location, carrier scheduling, product availability, weather, access conditions or transportation disruptions.

Applicable delivery charges will be disclosed before payment is requested or the transaction is finalized.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and informing us of known access restrictions that may affect the delivery of a shipping container.

10. Delivery Site Access

Shipping containers require suitable vehicle access and sufficient clearance for unloading.

Customers should disclose known site-access limitations before delivery is scheduled, including narrow entrances, low branches, overhead cables, soft ground, restricted roads or other conditions that could prevent safe delivery.

If special arrangements or additional carrier services are required, the customer will be informed of any applicable additional charge before the relevant arrangement is confirmed.

11. Returns

Eligible return requests may be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Customer-initiated eligible returns are subject to a 15% return fee, calculated on the purchase price of the returned product.

The 15% return fee does not apply to an approved return caused by an incorrect, damaged or defective item for which Lucky Container Service is responsible.

Returned products must meet the eligibility requirements stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

12. Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received, inspected and approved, the applicable refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Bank or financial-institution processing times may result in additional time before the refunded amount appears in the customer's account.

Refund eligibility, deductions and procedures are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

13. Customized or Modified Products

Products customized or materially modified specifically for a customer may not qualify for a standard return.

Examples may include:

• Custom window or door cut-outs.
• Structural modifications.
• Customer-specific paintwork.
• Custom electrical or plumbing installations.
• Insulation or interior work performed specifically for the order.

This does not prevent a customer from reporting a customized product that arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the agreed order.

14. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Customers should notify Lucky Container Service within 48 hours of delivery if a product is delivered damaged, defective or materially different from the order.

Customers should provide the order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where reasonably possible.

Once reviewed and confirmed, Lucky Container Service will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.

15. Cancellations

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact Lucky Container Service as soon as possible.

Whether cancellation is possible depends on the order's fulfillment, customization and shipping status.

If the product has already been customized or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return terms may instead apply.

16. Intellectual Property

Website content created by or licensed to Lucky Container Service, including our branding, original text, graphics and website design, may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party trademarks, manufacturer names, product images or other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

You may use the website for lawful personal or commercial purchasing purposes, but you may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit protected Lucky Container Service content without authorization.

17. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website available and functional, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Temporary website unavailability does not alter customer rights relating to an existing confirmed order.

18. Accuracy and Corrections

Lucky Container Service aims to keep website information current and accurate.

If a material pricing, specification or content error is discovered before fulfillment, we may correct the information and contact the affected customer before proceeding with the transaction.

We will not knowingly require a customer to proceed with materially different terms without informing them.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky Container Service is not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Any limitation stated in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order, contact, payment and delivery information.

Customers are also responsible for confirming that their intended use, placement site and local requirements are appropriate for the container being purchased.

Where permits, zoning approvals or other local authorizations are required for the customer's intended use, the customer is responsible for obtaining them unless Lucky Container Service expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

21. Fraud and Security

Lucky Container Service may delay or decline a transaction where there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraud, unauthorized payment activity or misuse of the website.

Where possible and appropriate, we will contact the customer to verify information before taking final action.

22. Privacy

Personal information collected through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Customers should review the Privacy Policy for information about how personal data is collected, used and protected.

23. Changes to These Terms

Lucky Container Service may update these Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect changes in our services, business operations or applicable requirements.

Updated Terms will be published on this website.

Changes will not retroactively alter the material terms of an already confirmed transaction unless required by law or agreed with the customer.

24. Governing Law

These Terms and transactions with Lucky Container Service are governed by applicable federal law and the applicable laws of the U.S. state in which Lucky Container Service is legally established or otherwise required to operate, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to the customer.
