Returns Policy

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

  • Shipping containers must be returned in the same condition they were received (no dents, rust, or structural damage).

How to Initiate a Return

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged product).

Refunds Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 14–21 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or modified containers (e.g., cut doors, added windows, or special paint jobs).

  • Containers with signs of use, damage, or missing parts.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
